You visit the earth and water it abundantly, enriching it greatly. God’s stream is filled with water, for You prepare the earth in this way, providing people with grain.

The people believed, and when they heard that the Lord had paid attention to them and that He had seen their misery, they bowed down and worshiped.

This city will bear on My behalf a name of joy, praise, and glory before all the nations of the earth, who will hear of all the good I will do for them. They will tremble with awe because of all the good and all the peace I will bring about for them.

So the crowd was amazed when they saw those unable to speak talking, the deformed restored, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. And they gave glory to the God of Israel.

And the crowds kept saying, “This is the prophet Jesus from Nazareth in Galilee! ”

So, departing quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, they ran to tell His disciples the news.

When the crowds saw this, they were awestruck and gave glory to God who had given such authority to men.

Fear came on all those who lived around them, and all these things were being talked about throughout the hill country of Judea.

Praise the Lord, the God of Israel, because He has visited and provided redemption for His people.

They will crush you and your children within you to the ground, and they will not leave one stone on another in you, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”

The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had seen and heard, just as they had been told.

“What things? ” He asked them. So they said to Him, “The things concerning Jesus the Nazarene, who was a Prophet powerful in action and speech before God and all the people,

Then everyone was astounded, and they were giving glory to God. And they were filled with awe and said, “We have seen incredible things today! ”

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, because I’m a sinful man, Lord! ”

The dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother.

When the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, “This man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what kind of woman this is who is touching Him — she’s a sinner! ”

Then all the people of the Gerasene region asked Him to leave them, because they were gripped by great fear. So getting into the boat, He returned.

They answered, “John the Baptist; others, Elijah; still others, that one of the ancient prophets has come back.”

“What then? ” they asked him. “Are you Elijah? ” “I am not,” he said. “Are you the Prophet? ” “No,” he answered.

So they asked him, “Why then do you baptize if you aren’t the Messiah, or Elijah, or the Prophet? ”

“Sir,” the woman replied, “I see that You are a prophet.

When the people saw the sign He had done, they said, “This really is the Prophet who was to come into the world! ”

Again they asked the blind man, “What do you say about Him, since He opened your eyes? ” “He’s a prophet,” he said.

When he heard these words, Ananias dropped dead, and a great fear came on all who heard.

“This is the Moses who said to the Israelites, God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from among your brothers.

And they glorified God because of me.

“The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers. You must listen to him.
