So Enosh’s life lasted 905 years; then he died.

Adam lived 800 years after the birth of Seth, and he fathered other sons and daughters.

Seth was 105 years old when he fathered Enosh.

So Seth’s life lasted 912 years; then he died.

We will certainly die and be like water poured out on the ground, which can’t be recovered. But God would not take away a life; He would devise plans so that the one banished from Him does not remain banished.

Let your clothes be white all the time, and never let oil be lacking on your head.

Look, every life belongs to Me. The life of the father is like the life of the son — both belong to Me. The person who sins is the one who will die.

love the Lord your God, obey Him, and remain faithful to Him. For He is your life, and He will prolong your life in the land the Lord swore to give to your fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

And just as it is appointed for people to die once — and after this, judgment —
