I will keep My covenant between Me and you, and your future offspring throughout their generations, as an everlasting covenant to be your God and the God of your offspring after you.

On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, “I give this land to your offspring, from the brook of Egypt to the Euphrates River:

a slave born in your house, as well as one purchased with money, must be circumcised. My covenant will be marked in your flesh as an everlasting covenant.

But God said, “No. Your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will name him Isaac. I will confirm My covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his future offspring.

and the Lord appeared to him that night and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will bless you and multiply your offspring because of My servant Abraham.”

Yahweh was standing there beside him, saying, “I am Yahweh, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your offspring the land that you are now sleeping on.

But I will establish My covenant with you, and you will enter the ark with your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives.

The bow will be in the clouds, and I will look at it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all the living creatures on earth.”

You established Your people Israel to be Your own people forever, and You, Lord, have become their God.

you offspring of Israel His servant, Jacob’s descendants — His chosen ones.

He is the Lord our God; His judgments govern the whole earth.

I am Yahweh your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

God also said to Moses, “Say this to the Israelites: Yahweh, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever; this is how I am to be remembered in every generation.

Then He continued, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Moses hid his face because he was afraid to look at God.

I also established My covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land they lived in as foreigners.

I will take you as My people, and I will be your God. You will know that I am Yahweh your God, who delivered you from the forced labor of the Egyptians.

For I Yahweh love justice; I hate robbery and injustice; I will faithfully reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them.

“At that time” — this is the Lord’s declaration — “I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be My people.”

They will live there securely, build houses, and plant vineyards. They will live securely when I execute judgments against all their neighbors who treat them with contempt. Then they will know that I am Yahweh their God.”

For I am Yahweh, who brought you up from the land of Egypt to be your God, so you must be holy because I am holy.

I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan and to be your God.

I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be My people.

Yet in spite of this, while they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject or abhor them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them, since I am Yahweh their God.

For their sake I will remember the covenant with their fathers, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations to be their God; I am Yahweh.”

“I will turn to you, make you fruitful and multiply you, and confirm My covenant with you.

You will show loyalty to Jacob and faithful love to Abraham, as You swore to our fathers from days long ago.

I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”

When Jesus saw it, He was indignant and said to them, “Let the little children come to Me. Don’t stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

For the promise is for you and for your children, and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the temple service, and the promises.

in which you previously walked according to the ways of this world, according to the ruler who exercises authority over the lower heavens, the spirit now working in the disobedient.

and so that He may establish you today as His people and He may be your God as He promised you and as He swore to your fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

But they now desire a better place — a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them.

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be My people.

The Angel of the Lord went up from Gilgal to Bochim and said, “I brought you out of Egypt and led you into the land I had promised to your fathers. I also said: I will never break My covenant with you.
