And he set up an altar there and called it “God, the God of Israel.”

For who is God besides the Lord? And who is a rock? Only our God.

So David reigned over all Israel, administering justice and righteousness for all his people.

God, give Your justice to the king and Your righteousness to the king’s son.

He will judge Your people with righteousness and Your afflicted ones with justice.

But you should select from all the people able men, God-fearing, trustworthy, and hating bribes. Place them over the people as commanders of thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens.

I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.

God also said to Moses, “Say this to the Israelites: Yahweh, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever; this is how I am to be remembered in every generation.

Speak up, judge righteously, and defend the cause of the oppressed and needy.

Indeed, a king will reign righteously, and rulers will rule justly.

“The days are coming” — this is the Lord’s declaration — “when I will raise up a Righteous Branch of David. He will reign wisely as king and administer justice and righteousness in the land.

Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout in triumph, Daughter Jerusalem! Look, your King is coming to you; He is righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

The Rock — His work is perfect; all His ways are entirely just. A faithful God, without prejudice, He is righteous and true.

but to the Son: Your throne, God, is forever and ever, and the scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of justice.
