Hannah prayed: My heart rejoices in the Lord; my horn is lifted up by the Lord. My mouth boasts over my enemies, because I rejoice in Your salvation.

Then all the men of Judah and Jerusalem turned back with Jehoshaphat their leader, returning joyfully to Jerusalem, for the Lord enabled them to rejoice over their enemies.

Then I will rejoice in the Lord; I will delight in His deliverance.

Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare Your praise.

My mouth is full of praise and honor to You all day long.

He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David,

And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We have now received this reconciliation through Him.

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!

Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

You love Him, though you have not seen Him. And though not seeing Him now, you believe in Him and rejoice with inexpressible and glorious joy,

Rejoice over her, heaven, and you saints, apostles, and prophets, because God has executed your judgment on her!

Her rival would taunt her severely just to provoke her, because the Lord had kept Hannah from conceiving.

Whenever she went up to the Lord’s house, her rival taunted her in this way every year. Hannah wept and would not eat.
