By awesome deeds of righteousness, you answer us, God of our salvation. You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, of those who are far away on the sea;
The angel of the LORD went out and struck one hundred and eighty-five thousand men in the camp of the Ashur. When men arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.
My righteousness is near, my salvation is gone forth, and my arms shall judge the peoples; the islands shall wait for me, and on my arm shall they trust.
