Day after day they pour forth speech, and night after night they display knowledge.

God said, *Let there be an expanse in the middle of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.*

God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.

While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.*

both young men and maidens; old men and children:

Praise the LORD! Praise God in his sanctuary! Praise him in his heavens for his acts of power!

The day is yours, the night is also yours. You have prepared the light and the sun.

what is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him?

The living, the living, he shall praise you, as I do this day. The father shall make known your truth to the children.
