After he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into the mountain by himself to pray. When evening had come, he was there alone.
Then Yeshua came with them to a place called Gat-Shemanim, and said to his talmidim, *Sit here, while I go there and pray.*
But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.
After he had taken leave of them, he went up the mountain to pray.
Now it happened, when all the people were immersed, Yeshua also had been immersed, and was praying. The sky was opened,
But he withdrew himself into the desert, and prayed.
It happened in these days, that he went out to the mountain to pray, and he continued all night in prayer to God.
It happened, as he was praying alone, that the talmidim were with him, and he asked them, *Who do the multitudes say that I am?*
It happened about eight days after these sayings, that he took with him Kefa, Yochanan, and Ya`akov, and went up onto the mountain to pray.
But we will continue steadfastly in prayer and in the ministry of the word.*
