He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom. He will gently lead those who have their young.

*Awake, sword, against my shepherd, and against the man who is close to me,* says the LORD of Armies. *Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn my hand against the little ones.

Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he was thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck.

So when they had eaten their breakfast, Yeshua said to Shim`on Kefa, *Shim`on, son of Yonah, do you love me more than these?* He said to him, *Yes, Lord; you know that I have affection for you.* He said to him, *Feed my lambs.*

But I have used none of these things, and I don't write these things that it may be done so in my case; for I would rather die, than that anyone should make my boasting void.

To the weak I became as weak, that I might gain the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I may by all means save some.
