Chizkiyahu appointed the divisions of the Kohanim and the Levites after their divisions, every man according to his service, both the Kohanim and the Levites, for burnt offerings and for shalom offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the camp of the LORD.

He sent young men of the children of Yisra'el, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed shalom offerings of oxen to the LORD.

When the prince shall prepare a freewill offering, a burnt offering or shalom offerings as a freewill offering to the LORD, one shall open for him the gate that looks toward the east; and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his shalom offerings, as he does on the day of Shabbat: then he shall go forth; and after his going forth one shall shut the gate.

The prince shall enter by the way of the porch of the gate outside, and shall stand by the post of the gate; and the Kohanim shall prepare his burnt offering and his shalom offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

*'If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall offer it at the door of the Tent of Meeting, that he may be accepted before the LORD.

*'Don't turn to idols, nor make molten gods for yourselves. I am the LORD your God.

It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, and on the next day: and if anything remains until the third day, it shall be burned with fire.

that you may be accepted, you shall offer a male without blemish, of the bulls, of the sheep, or of the goats.

Whoever offers a sacrifice of shalom offerings to the LORD to accomplish a vow, or for a freewill offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.

Either a bull or a lamb that has any deformity or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.

*When you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.

*'But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice; and on the next day what remains of it shall be eaten:

If any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his shalom offerings is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed to him who offers it. It will be an abomination, and the soul who eats any of it will bear his iniquity.
