The LORD spoke to Moshe, saying,
*This shall be an everlasting statute for you, to make atonement for the children of Yisra'el once in the year because of all their sins.* It was done as the LORD commanded Moshe.
*Speak to Aharon, and to his sons, and to all the children of Yisra'el, and say to them: 'This is the thing which the LORD has commanded,
