Everyone lies to his neighbor. They speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart.

The mouth of an adulteress is a deep pit: he who is under the LORD's wrath will fall into it.

A lying tongue hates those it hurts; and a flattering mouth works ruin.

For a prostitute reduces you to a piece of bread. The adulteress hunts for your precious life.

With persuasive words, she led him astray. With the flattering of her lips, she seduced him.

The godly man has perished out of the earth, and there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; every man hunts his brother with a net.

Don't trust in a neighbor. Don't put confidence in a friend. With the woman lying in your embrace, be careful of the words of your mouth!

She wept before him the seven days, while their feast lasted: and it happened on the seventh day, that he told her, because she pressed him sore; and she told the riddle to the children of her people.

The lords of the Pelishtim came up to her, and said to her, Entice him, and see in which his great strength lies, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him: and we will each give you of us eleven hundred [pieces] of silver.

Shimshon said to her, If they bind me with seven green cords that were never dried, then shall I become weak, and be as another man.
