Naftali didn't drive out the inhabitants of Beit-Shemesh, nor the inhabitants of Beit-`Anat; but he lived among the Kena`anim, the inhabitants of the land: nevertheless the inhabitants of Beit-Shemesh and of Beit-`Anat became subject to forced labor.
