So Shlomo held the feast at that time, and all Yisra'el with him, a great assembly, from the entrance of Chamat to the brook of Egypt, before the LORD our God, seven days and seven days, even fourteen days.
In the days of Pekach king of Yisra'el came Tiglat-Pil'eser king of Ashur, and took `Iyon, and Avel-Beit-Ma`akhah, and Yano`ach, and Kedesh, and Chatzor, and Gil`ad, and the Galil, all the land of Naftali; and he carried them captive to Ashur.
the `Aravah also, and the Yarden and the border [of it], from Kinneret even to the sea of the `Aravah, the Salt Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah eastward.
and to the kings who were on the north, in the hill country, and in the `Aravah south of Kinnarot, and in the lowland, and in the heights of Dor on the west,
and in the valley, Beit-Haram, and Beit-Nimrah, and Sukkot, and Tzafon, the rest of the kingdom of Sichon king of Cheshbon, the Yarden and the border [of it], to the uttermost part of the sea of Kinneret beyond the Yarden eastward.
and the border turned westward to Aznot-Tavor, and went out from there to Chukok; and it reached to Zevulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west, and to Yehudah at the Yarden toward the sunrise.
They set apart Kedesh in the Galil in the hill country of Naftali, and Shekhem in the hill country of Efrayim, and Kiryat-Arba (the same is Chevron) in the hill country of Yehudah.
Out of the tribe of Naftali, Kedesh in the Galil with its suburbs, the city of refuge for the manslayer, and Chammot-dor with its suburbs, and Kartan with its suburbs; three cities.
She sent and called Barak the son of Avino`am out of Kedesh-Naftali, and said to him, Hasn't the LORD, the God of Yisra'el, commanded, [saying], Go and draw to Mount Tavor, and take with you ten thousand men of the children of Naftali and of the children of Zevulun?
