The king said, What have I to do with you, you sons of Tzeru'yah? Because he curses, and because the LORD has said to him, Curse David; who then shall say, Why have you done so?
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.
But Yeshua answered, *You don't know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be immersed with the immersion that I am immersed with?* They said to him, *We are able.*
He went forward a little, fell on his face, and prayed, saying, *My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire.*
Father, I desire that they also whom you have given me be with me where I am, that they may see my glory, which you have given me, for you loved me before the foundation of the world.
Yeshua answered, *My Kingdom is not of this world. If my Kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight, that I wouldn't be delivered to the Judeans. But now my Kingdom is not from here.*
Yeshua said to her, *Don't touch me, for I haven't yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers, and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'*
looking to Yeshua, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
