Then Iyov answered the LORD,
Iyov answered:
*For has any said to God, 'I am guilty, but I will not offend any more.
*Shall he who argues contend with the Almighty? He who argues with God, let him answer it.*
*Behold, I am of small account. What shall I answer you? I lay my hand on my mouth.
Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.*
It was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words to Iyov, the LORD said to Elifaz the Temanite, *My wrath is kindled against you, and against your two friends; for you have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Iyov has.
Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
