Some of the heads of fathers' [houses], when they came to the house of the LORD which is in Yerushalayim, offered willingly for the house of God to set it up in its place:
Then the angel of the LORD commanded Gad to tell David, that David should go up, and raise an altar to the LORD in the threshing floor of Ornan the Yevusi.
Then Shlomo began to build the house of the LORD at Yerushalayim on Mount Moriyah, where [the LORD] appeared to David his father, which he made ready in the place that David had appointed, in the threshing floor of Ornan the Yevusi.
they gave after their ability into the treasury of the work sixty-one thousand darics of gold, and five thousand minas of silver, and one hundred Kohanim' garments.
They set the altar on its base; for fear was on them because of the peoples of the countries: and they offered burnt offerings thereon to the LORD, even burnt offerings morning and evening.
For we are bondservants; yet our God has not forsaken us in our bondage, but has extended loving kindness to us in the sight of the kings of Paras, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the ruins of it, and to give us a wall in Yehudah and in Yerushalayim.
They came, everyone whose heart stirred him up, and everyone whom his spirit made willing, and brought the LORD's offering, for the work of the tent of meeting, and for all of its service, and for the holy garments.
The children of Yisra'el brought a freewill offering to the LORD; every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which the LORD had commanded to be made by Moshe.
and they received from Moshe all the offering which the children of Yisra'el had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, with which to make it. They brought yet to him freewill offerings every morning.
