The enemy said, 'I will pursue. I will overtake. I will divide the spoil. My desire shall be satisfied on them. I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.'
All things come alike to all. There is one event to the righteous and to the wicked; to the good, to the clean, to the unclean, to him who sacrifices, and to him who doesn't sacrifice. As is the good, so is the sinner; he who takes an oath, as he who fears an oath.

I will bring a sword upon you, that will execute the vengeance of the covenant; and you will be gathered together within your cities: and I will send the pestilence among you; and you will be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

*Behold, I am against you,* says the LORD of Armies, *and I will lift your skirts over your face. I will show the nations your nakedness, and the kingdoms your shame.
*Awake, sword, against my shepherd, and against the man who is close to me,* says the LORD of Armies. *Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn my hand against the little ones.
