These are those who spoke to Par`oh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Yisra'el from Egypt. These are that Moshe and Aharon.

that the LORD spoke to Moshe, saying, *I am the LORD. Speak to Par`oh king of Egypt all that I speak to you.*
