You shall bring in the table, and set in order the things that are on it. You shall bring in the menorah, and light the lamps of it.

*You shall command the children of Yisra'el, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually.

Every Shabbat day he shall set it in order before the LORD continually. It is on the behalf of the children of Yisra'el an everlasting covenant.
