Moshe and Aharon did all these wonders before Par`oh, and the LORD hardened Par`oh's heart, and he didn't let the children of Yisra'el go out of his land.
The LORD said to Moshe, *When you go back into Egypt, see that you do before Par`oh all the wonders which I have put in your hand, but I will harden his heart and he will not let the people go.
*He has blinded their eyes and he hardened their heart, lest they should see with their eyes, and perceive with their heart, and would turn, and I would heal them.*
But Sichon king of Cheshbon would not let us pass by him; for the LORD your God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into your hand, as at this day.
For it was of the LORD to harden their hearts, to come against Yisra'el in battle, that he might utterly destroy them, that they might have no favor, but that he might destroy them, as the LORD commanded Moshe.
Why then do you harden your hearts, as the Egyptians and Par`oh hardened their hearts? When he had worked wonderfully among them, didn't they let the people go, and they departed?
