Esther 8:17

In every province, and in every city, wherever the king's mitzvah and his decree came, the Jews had gladness, joy, a feast, and a good day. Many from among the peoples of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews was fallen on them.

and she said to the men, I know that the LORD has given you the land, and that the fear of you is fallen on us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you.

Ask your young men, and they will tell you: therefore let the young men find favor in your eyes; for we come in a good day. Please give whatever comes to your hand, to your servants, and to your son David.
