You shall not add to the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish from it, that you may keep the mitzvot of the LORD your God which I command you.
Thus says the LORD: Stand in the court of the LORD's house, and speak to all the cities of Yehudah, which come to worship in the LORD's house, all the words that I command you to speak to them; don't diminish a word.
For most certainly, I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not even one smallest letter or one tiny pen stroke shall in any way pass away from the Torah, until all things are accomplished.
It happened in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moshe spoke to the children of Yisra'el, according to all that the LORD had given him in mitzvah to them;
You shall keep his statutes, and his mitzvot, which I command you this day, that it may go well with you, and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land, which the LORD your God gives you, forever.
Behold, I have taught you statutes and ordinances, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that you should do so in the midst of the land where you go in to possess it.
Oh that there were such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my mitzvot always, that it might be well with them, and with their children forever!
Only be strong and very courageous, to observe to do according to all the law, which Moshe my servant commanded you. Don't turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.
There was not a word of all that Moshe commanded, which Yehoshua didn't read before all the assembly of Yisra'el, and the women, and the little ones, and the foreigners who were among them.
