I, Daniyel, alone saw the vision; for the men who were with me didn't see the vision; but a great quaking fell on them, and they fled to hide themselves.
The men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the sound, but seeing no one.
*Those who were with me indeed saw the light and were afraid, but they didn't understand the voice of him who spoke to me.
The man said, *I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.*
and so fearful was the appearance, that Moshe said, *I am terrified and trembling.*
Enter into the rock, and hide in the dust, from before the terror of the LORD, and from the glory of his majesty.
Son of man, eat your bread with quaking, and drink your water with trembling and with fearfulness;
Can any hide himself in secret places so that I shall not see him? says the LORD. Don't I fill heaven and earth? says the LORD.
