Who is he who says, and it comes to pass, when the Lord doesn't command it?

Now when some days had passed, Agrippa the King and Bernice arrived at Caesarea, and greeted Festus.

But when Sha'ul had appealed to be kept for the decision of the emperor, I commanded him to be kept until I could send him to Caesar.*

Agrippa said to Festus, *This man might have been set free if he had not appealed to Caesar.*

When it was determined that we should sail for Italy, they delivered Sha'ul and certain other prisoners to a centurion named Julius, of the Augustan band.

When we entered into Rome, the centurion delivered the prisoners to the captain of the guard, but Sha'ul was allowed to stay by himself with the soldier who guarded him.

according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will in no way be disappointed, but with all boldness, as always, now also Messiah will be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.
