We know that God doesn't listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshipper of God, and does his will, he listens to him.

a devout man, and one who feared God with all his house, who gave gifts for the needy generously to the people, and always prayed to God.

A certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, one who worshiped God, heard us; whose heart the Lord opened to listen to the things which were spoken by Sha'ul.

Some of them were persuaded, and joined Sha'ul and Sila, of the devout Greeks a great multitude, and not a few of the chief women.

and Yeshua who is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These are my only fellow workers for the Kingdom of God, men who have been a comfort to me.
