Chizkiyahu sent to all Yisra'el and Yehudah, and wrote letters also to Efrayim and Menasheh, that they should come to the house of the LORD at Yerushalayim, to keep the Pesach to the LORD, the God of Yisra'el.

They offered at the dedication of this house of God one hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs; and for a sin offering for all Yisra'el, twelve male goats, according to the number of the tribes of Yisra'el.

He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

and the Kohen shall offer the burnt offering and the meal offering on the altar. The Kohen shall make atonement for him, and he shall be clean.

No sin offering, of which any of the blood is brought into the Tent of Meeting to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be eaten: it shall be burned with fire.

He killed it; and Moshe took the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

He presented the people's offering, and took the goat of the sin offering which was for the people, and killed it, and offered it for sin, like the first.

Therefore he was obligated in all things to be made like his brothers, that he might become a merciful and faithful Kohen Gadol in things pertaining to God, to make atonement for the sins of the people.
