Then David inquired of the LORD yet again. The LORD answered him, and said, Arise, go down to Ke`ilah; for I will deliver the Pelishtim into your hand.
It happened after this, that David inquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up into any of the cities of Yehudah? the LORD said to him, Go up. David said, Where shall I go up? He said, To Chevron.
David inquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up against the Pelishtim? will you deliver them into my hand? the LORD said to David, Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Pelishtim into your hand.
David inquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Pelishtim? and will you deliver them into my hand? the LORD said to him, Go up; for I will deliver them into your hand.
Gid`on said to God, Don't let your anger be kindled against me, and I will speak but this once: Please let me make a trial just this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only on the fleece, and on all the ground let there be dew.
The LORD said to Gid`on, By the three hundred men who lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midyanim into your hand; and let all the people go every man to his place.
Therefore David inquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go and strike these Pelishtim? the LORD said to David, Go, and strike the Pelishtim, and save Ke`ilah.
David and his men went to Ke`ilah, and fought with the Pelishtim, and brought away their livestock, and killed them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Ke`ilah.
David inquired of the LORD, saying, If I pursue after this troop, shall I overtake them? He answered him, Pursue; for you shall surely overtake [them], and shall without fail recover [all].
