Rechav`am the son of Shlomo reigned in Yehudah. Rechav`am was forty-one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Yerushalayim, the city which the LORD had chosen out of all the tribes of Yisra'el, to put his name there: and his mother's name was Na`amah the `Ammonite.

David slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David.

Neither did Yarov`am recover strength again in the days of Aviyah: and the LORD struck him, and he died.

so man lies down and doesn't rise. Until the heavens are no more, they shall not awake, nor be roused out of their sleep.

I laid myself down and slept. I awakened; for the LORD sustains me.

In shalom I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, the LORD alone, make me live in safety.
