Revelation 21:6

Good News Translation

And he said, “It is done! I am the first and the last, the beginning and the end. To anyone who is thirsty I will give the right to drink from the spring of the water of life without paying for it.

As fresh water brings joy to the thirsty, so God's people rejoice when he saves them.”

but those who drink the water that I will give them will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give them will become in them a spring which will provide them with life-giving water and give them eternal life.”

But by the free gift of God's grace all are put right with him through Christ Jesus, who sets them free.

Certainly not God, who did not even keep back his own Son, but offered him for us all! He gave us his Son—will he not also freely give us all things?

We have not received this world's spirit; instead, we have received the Spirit sent by God, so that we may know all that God has given us.

Some will use gold or silver or precious stones in building on the foundation; others will use wood or grass or straw.

No one, then, should boast about what human beings can do. Actually everything belongs to you:

After all, who is Apollos? And who is Paul? We are simply God's servants, by whom you were led to believe. Each one of us does the work which the Lord gave him to do:

“To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: “This is the message from the Amen, the faithful and true witness, who is the origin of all that God has created.

because the Lamb, who is in the center of the throne, will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of life-giving water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
