When Jesus noticed the crowd around him, he ordered his disciples to go to the other side of the lake.
Then Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side of the lake, while he sent the people away.
When Jesus came down from the hill, large crowds followed him.
On the evening of that same day Jesus said to his disciples, “Let us go across to the other side of the lake.”
Jesus went back across to the other side of the lake. There at the lakeside a large crowd gathered around him.
At once Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and go ahead of him to Bethsaida, on the other side of the lake, while he sent the crowd away.
He left them, got back into the boat, and started across to the other side of the lake.
One day Jesus got into a boat with his disciples and said to them, “Let us go across to the other side of the lake.” So they started out.
Jesus knew that they were about to come and seize him in order to make him king by force; so he went off again to the hills by himself.
