When they had finished making fun of him, they took the robe off and put his own clothes back on him. Then they led him out to crucify him.
Get a couple of scoundrels to accuse him to his face of cursing God and the king. Then take him out of the city and stone him to death.”
The two scoundrels publicly accused him of cursing God and the king, and so he was taken outside the city and stoned to death.
“He was treated harshly, but endured it humbly; he never said a word. Like a lamb about to be slaughtered, like a sheep about to be sheared, he never said a word.
Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must be put to death; the whole community is to stone him to death outside the camp.”
and then hand him over to the Gentiles, who will make fun of him, whip him, and crucify him; but three days later he will be raised to life.”
So they grabbed him, threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him.
“In two days, as you know, it will be the Passover Festival, and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified.”

Then Pilate handed Jesus over to them to be crucified. So they took charge of Jesus.
Then he said to the disciple, “She is your mother.” From that time the disciple took her to live in his home.
