Then they buried the bones of Saul and Jonathan in the grave of Saul's father Kish, in Zela in the territory of Benjamin, doing all that the king had commanded. And after that, God answered their prayers for the country.

He calmed the raging storm, and the waves became quiet.

You calm the roar of the seas and the noise of the waves; you calm the uproar of the peoples.

You rule over the powerful sea; you calm its angry waves.

Perhaps God will change his mind; perhaps he will stop being angry, and we will not die!”

“Why are you so frightened?” Jesus answered. “What little faith you have!” Then he got up and ordered the winds and the waves to stop, and there was a great calm.

The disciples went to Jesus and woke him up, saying, “Master, Master! We are about to die!” Jesus got up and gave an order to the wind and to the stormy water; they quieted down, and there was a great calm.
