Following the example of his ancestors, Jehoiakim sinned against the Lord.

I punished you, but it did no good; you would not let me correct you. Like a raging lion, you have murdered your prophets.

When they finish proclaiming their message, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will fight against them. He will defeat them and kill them,
