But the prophet from Judah answered, “I can't go home with you or accept your hospitality. And I won't eat or drink anything with you here,
“Come home and have a meal with me,” he said.
The next morning Balaam went to Balak's messengers and said, “Go back home; the Lord has refused to let me go with you.”
But please spend the night, as the others did, so that I may learn whether or not the Lord has something else to tell me.”
Jesus turned around and said to Peter, “Get away from me, Satan! You are an obstacle in my way, because these thoughts of yours don't come from God, but from human nature.”
Then Jesus answered, “Go away, Satan! The scripture says, ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve only him!’”
So then, if some come to you who do not bring this teaching, do not welcome them in your homes; do not even say, “Peace be with you.”
