You, Lord, are all I have, and you give me all I need; my future is in your hands.

My mind and my body may grow weak, but God is my strength; he is all I ever need.

Lord, I cry to you for help; you, Lord, are my protector; you are all I want in this life.

The Lord is all I have, and so in him I put my hope.

Do not get drunk with wine, which will only ruin you; instead, be filled with the Spirit.

This was to keep your descendants from saying that ours have nothing to do with the Lord.
