“You yourselves give them something to eat,” Jesus answered. They asked, “Do you want us to go and spend two hundred silver coins on bread in order to feed them?”

Where could I get enough meat for all these people? They keep whining and asking for meat.

But Jesus said to them, “You yourselves give them something to eat.” They answered, “All we have are five loaves and two fish. Do you want us to go and buy food for this whole crowd?”

“They don't have to leave,” answered Jesus. “You yourselves give them something to eat!”

The personal attendant of the king said to Elisha, “That can't happen—not even if the Lord himself were to send grain at once!” “You will see it happen, but you won't get to eat any of the food,” Elisha replied.

“Then the man went out and met one of his fellow servants who owed him a few dollars. He grabbed him and started choking him. ‘Pay back what you owe me!’ he said.

Send the people away, and let them go to the nearby farms and villages in order to buy themselves something to eat.”

So Jesus asked them, “How much bread do you have? Go and see.” When they found out, they told him, “Five loaves and also two fish.”

“There were two men who owed money to a moneylender,” Jesus began. “One owed him five hundred silver coins, and the other owed him fifty.
