God's Word

Find joy in the Lord, you righteous people. Give thanks to him as you remember how holy he is.

Make music to praise the Lord, you faithful people who belong to him. Remember his holiness by giving thanks.

His anger lasts only a moment. His favor lasts a lifetime. Weeping may last for the night, but there is a song of joy in the morning.

Be glad and find joy in the Lord, you righteous people. Sing with joy, all whose motives are decent.

God has promised the following through his holiness: “I will triumph! I will divide Shechem. I will measure the valley of Succoth.

Always be joyful in the Lord! I’ll say it again: Be joyful!

For a short time our fathers disciplined us as they thought best. Yet, God disciplines us for our own good so that we can become holy like him.
