Those who trust the Lord are like Mount Zion, which can never be shaken. It remains firm forever.

Then the man took me back to the door of the temple. I saw water flowing from under the entrance of the temple toward the east. (The temple faced east.) The water was flowing under the south side of the temple, south of the altar.

I will not act on my burning anger. I will not destroy Ephraim again. I am God, not a human. I am the Holy One among you, and I will not come to you in anger.

You will know that I am in Israel. I am the Lord your God, and there is no other. My people will never be ashamed again.

The Lord has reversed the judgments against you. He has forced out your enemies. The king of Israel, the Lord, is with you. You will never fear disaster again.

I will be a wall of fire around it, declares the Lord. I will be the glory within it.’

This is what the Lord says: I will return to Zion and live in Jerusalem. Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth. The mountain of the Lord of Armies will be called the holy mountain.

Where two or three have come together in my name, I am there among them.”

I can guarantee that he will give them justice quickly. But when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

The Lord your God moves around in your camp to protect you and hand your enemies over to you. So your camp must always be holy. This way, the Lord will never see anything offensive among you and turn away from you.
