That is why my heart is glad and my soul rejoices. My body rests securely
That is why my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices. My body also rests securely
so that my soul may praise you with music and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever.
Wake up, my soul! Wake up, harp and lyre! I want to wake up at dawn.
My heart is confident, O God. I want to sing and make music even with my soul.
Your dead will live. Their corpses will rise. Those who lie dead in the dust will wake up and shout for joy, because your dew is a refreshing dew, and the earth will revive the spirits of the dead.
A wicked person is thrown down by his own wrongdoing, but even in his death a righteous person has a refuge.
But go on until the end. You will rest, and you will rise for your inheritance at the end of time.”
