The one who does not collect interest on a loan or take a bribe against an innocent person. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

Blessed are those who defend justice and do what is right at all times.

He will never fail. A righteous person will always be remembered.

I always keep the Lord in front of me. When he is by my side, I cannot be moved.

Turn your burdens over to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will never let the righteous person stumble.

I will become angry and have you killed in combat. Then your wives and children will become widows and orphans.

“If you lend money to my people—to any poor person among you—never act like a moneylender. Charge no interest.

A righteous person will never be moved, but wicked people will not continue to live in the land.

A person cannot stand firm on a foundation of wickedness, and the roots of righteous people cannot be moved.

Whoever is greedy for unjust gain brings trouble to his family, but whoever hates bribes will live.

The person who does what is right and speaks the truth will live. He rejects getting rich by extortion and refuses to take bribes. He refuses to listen to those who are plotting murders. He doesn’t look for evil things to do.

He refuses to hurt the poor. He doesn’t charge interest or make excessive profits. He obeys my rules and lives by my laws. He won’t die for his father’s sins. He will certainly live.

When a wicked person turns away from the wicked things that he has done and does what is fair and right, he will live.

He doesn’t lend money for interest or make an excessive profit. He refuses to do evil things, and he judges everyone fairly.

Other people take bribes to murder people. You collect interest and make excessive profits. You make profits by mistreating your neighbors. You have forgotten me, declares the Almighty Lord.

Their hands are skilled in doing evil. Officials ask for gifts. Judges accept bribes. Powerful people dictate what they want. So they scheme together.

He asked, “What will you pay me if I hand him over to you?” They offered him 30 silver coins.

If you understand all of this, you are blessed whenever you follow my example.

Never pervert justice. Instead, be impartial. Never take a bribe, because bribes blind wise people and deny justice to those who are in the right.

If you make a vow to the Lord your God, don’t avoid keeping it. The Lord your God expects you to keep it. You would be guilty of a sin if you didn’t.

Here I am. Testify against me in front of the Lord and in front of his anointed king. Did I take anyone’s ox? Did I take anyone’s donkey? Did I cheat or oppress anyone? Did I take a bribe from anyone to look the other way? ⌞If so,⌟ I will give it all back.”
