Then God said, “Let there be a horizon in the middle of the water in order to separate the water.”

So God made the horizon and separated the water above and below the horizon. And so it was.

On the seventeenth day of the second month of the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, all the deep springs burst open. The sky opened,

“Does God really live on earth? If heaven itself, the highest heaven, cannot hold you, then how can this temple that I have built?

The temple I am building will be great because our God is greater than all other gods.

You alone are the Lord. You made heaven, the highest heaven, with all its armies. You made the earth and everything on it, the seas and everything in them. You give life to them all, and the armies of heaven worship you.

You lay the beams of your home in the water. You use the clouds for your chariot. You move on the wings of the wind.

He bends down to look at heaven and earth.

God rides through the ancient heaven, the highest heaven. Listen! He makes his voice heard, his powerful voice.

When God saves Zion, he will rebuild the cities of Judah. His servants will live there and take possession of it.

I know a follower of Christ who was snatched away to the third heaven fourteen years ago. I don’t know whether this happened to him physically or spiritually. Only God knows.

Remember that the sky, the highest heaven, the earth and everything it contains belong to the Lord your God.
