God's Word

The Lord will do everything for me. O Lord, your mercy endures forever. Do not let go of what your hands have made.

What do you gain by mistreating me, by rejecting the work of your hands while you favor the plans of the wicked?

“ ‘Your hands formed me and made every part of me, then you turned to destroy me.

You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the person your hands have made.

Realize that the Lord alone is God. He made us, and we are his. We are his people and the sheep in his care.

The Lord is good. His mercy endures forever. His faithfulness endures throughout every generation.

But from everlasting to everlasting, the Lord’s mercy is on those who fear him. His righteousness belongs to their children and grandchildren,

Give thanks to the Lord because he is good, because his mercy endures forever.

I call to God Most High, to the God who does everything for me.

He sends his help from heaven and saves me. He disgraces the one who is harassing me. Selah God sends his mercy and his truth!

O Lord, you will establish peace for us, since you have done everything for us.

I will lead the blind on unfamiliar roads. I will lead them on unfamiliar paths. I will turn darkness into light in front of them. I will make rough places smooth. These are the things I will do for them, and I will never abandon them.

I have formed these people for myself. They will praise me.

He removes every one of my branches that doesn’t produce fruit. He also prunes every branch that does produce fruit to make it produce more fruit.

If the death of his Son restored our relationship with God while we were still his enemies, we are even more certain that, because of this restored relationship, the life of his Son will save us.

I’m convinced that God, who began this good work in you, will carry it through to completion on the day of Christ Jesus.

The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do this.

Those who suffer because that is God’s will for them must entrust themselves to a faithful creator and continue to do what is good.
