She has been given the privilege of wearing dazzling, pure linen.” This fine linen represents the things that God’s holy people do that have his approval.

Young people, in a similar way, place yourselves under the authority of spiritual leaders. Furthermore, all of you must serve each other with humility, because God opposes the arrogant but favors the humble.

Rejoice with all your heart, people of Zion! Shout in triumph, people of Jerusalem! Look! Your King is coming to you: He is righteous and victorious. He is humble and rides on a donkey, on a colt, a young pack animal.

I will clothe its priests with salvation. Then its godly ones will sing joyfully.

Praise the Lord, my soul! O Lord my God, you are very great. You are clothed with splendor and majesty.

The Lord rules as king! He is clothed with majesty. The Lord has clothed himself; he has armed himself with power. The world was set in place; it cannot be moved.

Instead, live like the Lord Jesus Christ did, and forget about satisfying the desires of your corrupt nature.

Sing happily, people of Zion! Shout loudly, Israel! Celebrate and rejoice with all your heart, people of Jerusalem.

My servants will sing because of the gladness in their hearts. But you will cry because of your sadness and wail because of your depression.

Let godly people triumph in glory. Let them sing for joy on their beds.

Let all who seek you rejoice and be glad because of you. Let those who love your salvation continually say, “God is great!”

But let righteous people rejoice. Let them celebrate in God’s presence. Let them overflow with joy.

Clap your hands, all you people. Shout to God with a loud, joyful song.

May all your enemies die like that, O Lord. But may those who love the Lord be like the sun when it rises in all its brightness. So the land had peace for 40 years.

“Now arise, and come to your resting place, Lord God— you and the ark of your power. Clothe your priests, Lord God, with salvation. Let your godly ones rejoice in what is good.
