When Jesus heard the message, he said, “His sickness won’t result in death. Instead, this sickness will bring glory to God so that the Son of God will receive glory through it.”

Being united with God is my highest good. I have made the Almighty Lord my refuge so that I may report everything that he has done.

In death, no one remembers you. In the grave, who praises you?

Didn’t you exist before time began, O Lord, my God, my Holy One? We will not die! O Lord, you have appointed the Babylonians to bring judgment. O Rock, you have destined them to correct us.

One generation will praise your deeds to the next. Each generation will talk about your mighty acts.

Let them bring songs of thanksgiving as their sacrifice. Let them tell in joyful songs what he has done.

I have not buried your righteousness deep in my heart. I have been outspoken about your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not hidden your mercy and your truth from those assembled for worship.

You have done many miraculous things, O Lord my God. You have made many wonderful plans for us. No one compares to you! I will tell others about your miracles, which are more than I can count.

The Lord has brought about our victory. Let’s announce in Zion what the Lord our God has done.

With my lips I have repeated every regulation that ⌞comes⌟ from your mouth.
