I will call on him as long as I live because he turns his ear toward me.

Can he be happy with the Almighty? Can he call on God at all times?

Thank the Lord! He has heard my prayer for mercy!

Turn your ear toward me. Rescue me quickly. Be a rock of refuge for me, a strong fortress to save me.

Indeed, you are my rock and my fortress. For the sake of your name, lead me and guide me.

I waited patiently for the Lord. He turned to me and heard my cry for help.

O Lord God, my savior, I cry out to you during the day and at night.

You threw me into the deep, into the depths of the sea, and water surrounded me. All the whitecaps on your waves have swept over me.

Jesus used this illustration with his disciples to show them that they need to pray all the time and never give up.

Never worry about anything. But in every situation let God know what you need in prayers and requests while giving thanks.

Keep praying. Pay attention when you offer prayers of thanksgiving.
