The Lord knows the way of righteous people, but the way of wicked people will end.

⌞I can’t find him⌟ because he knows the road I take. When he tests me, I’ll come out as pure as gold.

The wicked person sees this and becomes angry. He angrily grits his teeth and disappears. The hope that wicked people have will vanish.

When I begin to lose hope, you ⌞already⌟ know what I am experiencing. ⌞My enemies⌟ have hidden a trap for me on the path where I walk.

Look to my right and see that no one notices me. Escape is impossible for me. No one cares about me.

The Lord protects foreigners. The Lord gives relief to orphans and widows. But he keeps wicked people from reaching their goal.

The enemy is finished—in ruins forever. You have uprooted their cities. Even the memory of them has faded.

There is a way that seems right to a person, but eventually it ends in death.

The way of wicked people is disgusting to the Lord, but he loves those who pursue righteousness.

The Lord is good. ⌞He is⌟ a fortress in the day of trouble. He knows those who seek shelter in him.

“Enter through the narrow gate because the gate and road that lead to destruction are wide. Many enter through the wide gate.

“I am the good shepherd. I know my sheep as the Father knows me. My sheep know me as I know the Father.

My sheep respond to my voice, and I know who they are. They follow me,

In spite of all that, God’s ⌞people⌟ have a solid foundation. These words are engraved on it: “The Lord knows those who belong to him,” and “Whoever worships the Lord must give up doing wrong.”

These false teachers insult what they don’t understand. They are like animals, which are creatures of instinct that are born to be caught and killed. So they will be destroyed like animals

He safeguards the steps of his faithful ones, but wicked people are silenced in darkness because humans cannot succeed by their own strength.
