So then, be very careful how you live. Don’t live like foolish people but like wise people.

So don’t be foolish, but understand what the Lord wants.

Then he will strengthen you to be holy. Then you will be blameless in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all God’s holy people.

But the Lord is faithful and will strengthen you and protect you against the evil one.

Keep walking along straight paths so that your injured leg won’t get worse. Instead, let it heal.

God, who shows you his kindness  and who has called you through Christ Jesus to his eternal glory, will restore you, strengthen you, make you strong, and support you as you suffer for a little while.
