Whoever loves pleasure will become poor. Whoever loves wine and expensive food will not become rich.
Wicked people become a ransom for righteous people, and treacherous people will take the place of decent people.
Costly treasure and wealth are in the home of a wise person, but a fool devours them.
Do not associate with those who drink too much wine, with those who eat too much meat,
because both a drunk and a glutton will become poor. Drowsiness will dress a person in rags.
But the widow who lives for pleasure is dead although she is still alive.
They will be traitors. They will be reckless and conceited. They will love pleasure rather than God.
