A righteous person wisely considers the house of a wicked person. He throws wicked people into disasters.

When God destroyed the cities on the plain, he remembered Abraham. Lot was allowed to escape from the destruction that came to the cities where he was living.

I have seen a stubborn fool take root, but I quickly cursed his house.

If one leans on his house, it collapses. If one holds on to it, it will not support his weight.

Let those who ⌞think⌟ they are wise pay attention to these things so that they may understand the Lord’s blessings.

But God will ruin you forever. He will grab you and drag you out of your tent. He will pull your roots out of this world of the living. Selah

Righteousness protects the honest way of life, but wickedness ruins a sacrifice for sin.

The houses of wicked people will be destroyed, but the tents of decent people will continue to expand.

A wicked person is thrown down by his own wrongdoing, but even in his death a righteous person has a refuge.

When wicked people increase, crime increases, but righteous people will witness their downfall.

Wise people will understand these things. A person with insight will recognize them. The Lord’s ways are right. Righteous people live by them. Rebellious people stumble over them.

I destroyed some of you as I destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. You were like a burning log snatched from a fire. And you still didn’t return to me, declares the Lord.

Yet, God was not pleased with most of them, so their dead bodies were scattered over the desert.
